Pricing FAQs

Do you offer a free trial?

We don’t offer a free trial, but we do provide full refunds if you decide in the first thirty days that Ekdesk isn’t right for you.

How will you bill me?

We bill you on an annual basis through Stripe, our secure payment processor.  Your account will automatically renew each year, but you can turn off auto-renew by going to the billing settings in your account.

How many seats do I need?

Case Manager SMB is designed for smaller HR teams and comes with a single user account. Case Manager Enterprise supports unlimited case manager accounts. That means you can set up an account for anyone in your company who’s involved in investigating and resolving workplace issues, including members of your HR team and line management.

What kind of technical support do you offer?

If you have questions about how the use the software or run into technical issues, you can contact us by clicking “Support” in your account menu.  Tell us what’s wrong and we’ll follow up with a fix. If you can’t access your account, email us at support@ekdesk.com. We are also happy to offer phone support for Case Manager Enterprise customers.
